Whoa, its been like so long since i've last blog. Too busy or simply too lazy, well ppl who knows me well would know that i'm using busy as an excuse to stop blogging. So in short, i'm lazy. For the past few months since i've gaduated i've been working at my travel agency. Good experience, basically. Meet all kind of customers, now i'm much better at handling difficult customer and ow to control the situation to my advantage, should anything happen.

Now i'm working part time there, as well as another company as part time receptionist in the car showroom. Well basically my job scope is to answer call in and filter it to specific departments, and walk in as well. This is indeed an easy job, extremely easy as compared to my previous job, not counting the fact that i have to pay $2oo plus for my mistakes. See the difference. Nevertheless, glad that i got through it. Anyway back to my new job at the car company, the only down side is that we will usually have to handle a lot of difficult call in customer after 5pm. Why? Because the service centre closed at 5pm, and if there would be a case of a driver's car having problem, there's nothing we can do. As all the experts are off for duty. So we poor thing have to keep apologising and ask them to call back on Monday, or sent for towing service. Below is an example.

Me: Good Afternoon BM, how can i help you?
Cus: Hi, i have a problem here, my car boot can't seems to closed. Despite many attempts.
Me: I'm sorry mdm, but the service centre is closed for the day, and they will only be open on Monday.
Cus: So what? I'm supposed to have my boot open for the weekend?
Me: Or Mdm, we sent the towing service to tow your car to our service centre? But i'm afraid, we will still only be able to get back to you on Mnday.
Cus: WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! no cars for the weekend. You do understand that i need my car!!!! (screaming into the phone) Don't u have anyone to help provide technical advise?
Me: Hmmm no Mdm, i'm so sorry, they are off for the day, and will only be back on Monday. Or why not, i give you the towing service contact number, maybe they will be able to provide you with advise?
Cus: WHATEVER!!!!!!!
Me: Alright, so sorry for not being able to help you. Thank you. Bye.

Realised how ridiculous the situation is, do note that is a short version of the telephone convo. It actually lasted about 15mins. Anyway, its still fun. Cause you never know what kind of people you will meet. Haha love my job.
